Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead daily on-site construction operations for a client in the Oklahoma City area, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, maintaining documentation, tracking progress and delays, and supporting final inspections. The role requires 3–5 years of construction field experience, knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch management, OSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and U.S. work authorization.
