OstseeSparkasse Rostock is hiring a Construction Financing Specialist to support construction-financing and branch advisors with credit resolutions, loan and collateral agreements, KfW subsidized loans, existing-file matters, collateral storage, loan disbursement, and coordination with notaries, insurance companies, building savings institutions, customers, and other stakeholders. The role requires a banking or savings-bank qualification or similar finance, real estate, insurance, or related experience, along with strong customer service, solution orientation, flexibility, reliability, and Office proficiency.
