BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is hiring a full-time Foreman to oversee daily construction crew operations on marine and civil projects. The role coordinates work activities, enforces OSHA safety procedures, interprets plans and drawings, monitors schedules and progress, manages materials and equipment, communicates with project managers and subcontractors, maintains reports, and trains crew members. Candidates need 3–5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, along with blueprint-reading, communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, driver’s license, transportation, and outdoor-work abilities.
