CFE, Inc. is hiring a full-time Construction Foreman to lead teams in the safe and successful completion of commercial roofing and wall panel projects. The role coordinates exterior facade installation and repair, develops project plans, supervises and trains crew members, monitors productivity, communicates with clients, and manages subcontractors and trades. Candidates need at least two years of construction supervision experience, expertise in sheet metal, wall panel installation, or carpentry, blueprint-reading ability, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites. Compensation is $30-$36, with bonuses, paid time off, travel incentives, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance benefits.
