The role supervises civil construction projects by ensuring technical specifications and quality requirements are met, coordinating subcontractor documentation and work teams, preparing budgets, measurements, progress and cost reports, and keeping projects within schedule and budget. Candidates need secondary or higher education in civil construction, at least three years of relevant experience on complex large-scale projects, and strong communication, teamwork, proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
