Lindgren Landscape is hiring a full-time Landscape Construction Manager to lead and instruct crews of up to six members while implementing landscape projects. The role covers hardscape, plant materials, outdoor lighting, water features, grading, snow removal, equipment and vehicle maintenance, project documentation, forecasting, safety, customer service, and quality workmanship. Candidates need at least three years of landscape installation experience, four or more years of residential landscape construction experience, and crew management experience; a valid driver’s license, strong leadership, communication, organization, and landscape-plan interpretation skills are required. Compensation is $29–$36 plus a bonus, with paid time off, sick time, health, life, and a 401(k) plan.
