SailFuture is hiring a Construction Crew Lead to lead and work alongside a crew of five, manage daily jobsite operations, enforce safety, track labor and materials, coordinate permits and vendors, and train crew members. The role may evolve into a Construction Supervisor with full project, budget, and crew responsibility. Candidates need at least five years of construction experience, including two years leading a crew, along with blueprint-reading, material-takeoff, trade, OSHA, driver's-license, and background-screening requirements.
