Description
SPATCO Energy Solutions is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, delegate tasks, monitor schedules and project budgets, ensure safety and code compliance, document activities, and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. The role requires travel to job sites, heavy-equipment operation, work with concrete and framing, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds and work in all weather. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of construction experience running crews and subcontractors are required, with petroleum construction experience preferred.
