The Construction Foreman leads a multiskilled construction crew, actively works on site, and coordinates structural, concrete, and masonry work. The role monitors schedules, quality, orderliness, and safety regulations, while serving as the link between the crew and the site manager. Candidates need construction-sector experience, technical knowledge, a Category B driving licence, plan-reading ability, safety orientation, leadership qualities, and knowledge of Dutch, French, or English.
