Description
The Site Foreman manages commercial renovation projects on-site, coordinating clients, subcontractors, trades, project managers, and internal staff. Responsibilities include site surveys, material and equipment coordination, safety and compliance, construction-document review, schedule management, RFI generation, quality control, subcontractor management, progress tracking, and site organization. The role requires construction management and leadership experience, blueprint reading, interior-finish experience, night and weekend work, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
