Elite Contracting Group is hiring a Civil Construction Laborer to perform manual labor, operate hand and power tools, maintain and operate light, medium, and heavy-duty equipment, and work in outdoor conditions. The role requires at least three years of civil construction or electrical experience, a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift 50–70 pounds, and availability for Monday–Friday work with possible on-call and night duties. The anticipated hiring range is $18–$26 per hour with guaranteed hours and overtime.
