Description
Erling is hiring an entry-level Construction Helper to work alongside a team on customer sites throughout its region, completing projects, maintaining equipment, representing the company, and following safety standards. The role requires independent and team work, a strong work ethic, professional customer and coworker interaction, functional computer skills, aptitude for mechanical, electrical, and construction work, and the ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions. A high school diploma or equivalent, prior construction experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant petroleum-dispenser experience are preferred or required, along with passing a background check and drug screen.
