The Construction Helper performs physically demanding construction-site work, assisting craft workers and electricians with excavation, small equipment, steel-pipe work, tank installation, grading, documentation, safety, and job-site organization. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, travel up to 50–60% of the time, and includes after-hours work.
