The Construction Helper will work in a concrete-processing team near Norderstedt, producing and finishing concrete manholes and covers, manufacturing retaining-wall supports and sewer inlets, operating industrial trucks and cranes, supporting quality assurance and compliance, and collaborating with the team. The role requires vocational training in construction or a trade, practical experience or interest in concrete processing, tool and machine skills, and a team-oriented approach. Full-time work offers a starting wage of €16.08 per hour, day-shift scheduling, and opportunities for permanent employment.
