Description
AECOM is hiring a Construction Inspector to perform on-site inspections, monitoring, reporting, and documentation for municipal infrastructure projects involving water and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution piping, sanitary sewers, and roadway construction. The role monitors contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and municipal standards; verifies materials, testing, and workmanship; coordinates with contractors, engineers, utility providers, and municipal staff; and supports health, safety, and environmental compliance. The minimum requirement is 6+ years of construction inspection experience in municipal civil infrastructure, along with knowledge of construction methods and materials and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
