Description
BKF Engineers is hiring a Construction Inspector to perform onsite inspections of water, wastewater, stormwater, sewer, pipeline, treatment plant, and related civil infrastructure projects. The role verifies construction compliance with contract documents, approved plans, permits, health and environmental regulations, and applicable standards; documents inspections and materials; supports project managers with submittals, RFIs, and change orders; and coordinates with contractors, agencies, and the public. Candidates need a college degree or substantial related experience, at least five years supervising or inspecting engineering construction work, a California Class C driver's license, and preferably relevant infrastructure, inspection, safety, and environmental certifications.
