Environmental Design Group is hiring a Construction Inspector in Akron for full-time or PRN (as-needed) work. The role inspects construction projects for contractor compliance with specifications, plans, and proposals; notifies contractors of non-conforming work; maintains project records and reports; performs data entry; and supports construction administration, oversight, dispute resolution, documentation, quality control, pre-construction services, and stakeholder communication. Applicants need an associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or Construction Engineering Technology, highway testing certifications, and a valid driver's license; two or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
