Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises is hiring a full-time Construction Inspector in Misawa, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, with an anticipated project start date of November 1, 2026. The role inspects construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications, prepares daily reports and photo logs, coordinates with contractors and designers, responds to RFIs, evaluates submittals, and prepares property documentation and punch lists. The position requires an engineering, architecture, or construction management degree, five years of quality-control experience on Department of Defense construction projects, three years of civil or construction practice, a USACE Quality Control Management course, a valid driver’s license, a U.S. passport or ability to obtain one, and English proficiency. Compensation is $80,000–$115,000, with medical, dental, and eye insurance among the benefits.
