Description
STV is seeking Construction Inspectors for their Transportation division in Asheville, NC. This role involves supporting current staff, assisting in growing the Construction Management and CEI practice, and serving clients statewide. Key responsibilities include applying safety philosophy, monitoring contractor compliance, preparing inspection reports, conducting material testing, documenting completed work, interpreting construction plans, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and basic computer/tablet operation. The position requires working on NCDOT or other roadway and bridge construction projects, with daily travel to sites and potential night/weekend work.
