Description
Techno is hiring an experienced Electrical Inspector to support a major wastewater infrastructure upgrade project in the New York City metro area. The role inspects electrical construction activities, verifies compliance with project documents and applicable codes, reviews submittals and RFIs, coordinates with contractors and project stakeholders, documents progress, witnesses testing and commissioning, and supports closeout. Candidates need 5–10+ years of electrical inspection experience on heavy civil, infrastructure, or water/wastewater projects, knowledge of electrical systems and NEC/NYC electrical codes, construction-document interpretation skills, field-reporting experience, and OSHA 30 certification. The expected salary is $50–$75 per hour in the New York City metropolitan area, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and bonus benefits.
