RVE is hiring a full-time Construction Inspection Manager in Secaucus, New Jersey, to lead construction inspection operations for the Secaucus Regional Office. The role supervises construction inspectors, coordinates project planning and staffing, manages quality control and payment certifications, handles field changes and change orders, and collaborates with engineering project managers, administrative staff, design teams, and clients. The position requires at least 15 years of civil and infrastructure construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with inspection software and Microsoft Office; preferred certifications include OSHA, NICET, ACI, asphalt testing, traffic control, work-zone safety, and confined-space training. The salary range is $94,000 to $122,200 annually, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.
