Description
Hazen and Sawyer is hiring construction inspectors and field coordinators for in-person work in the Baltimore office area, including surrounding counties and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The role involves reviewing project drawings and specifications, inspecting and monitoring construction activities, verifying contractor compliance and documentation, tracking schedules and materials, preparing reports, and coordinating with project teams, engineers, contractors, and third-party inspection firms. Candidates need at least three years of construction or construction observation experience, familiarity with civil, structural, mechanical, and/or electrical construction methods, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
