EXP is hiring a Construction Intern in Chicago to support transportation and infrastructure projects through roadway, bridge, water resource, rail, transit, and aviation inspections and construction monitoring. The intern will document project activities, prepare progress reports, coordinate with project managers, review plans and specifications, maintain records, and support senior inspectors and engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, along with computer-aided drafting and Microsoft Office experience, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The hourly range is $21 to $30, with benefits available to full-time employees.
