Spence Brothers is hiring a full-time Construction Intern to support project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and estimators on construction projects. The intern will assist with project planning and administration, subcontractor and supplier coordination, on-site construction and engineering activities, interpretation of construction documents, quality assurance, and schedule support. The role requires a student pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, familiarity with construction practices and project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is a 12+ week paid summer internship, generally starting in mid-May and ending in mid-August, with physical work in varied weather conditions.
