Description
Rice Lake offers paid seasonal internships for students majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines. The internships are available full-time during spring and summer at various jobsites or offices in Minnesota and surrounding states, with co-ops available at other times. Interns work with Project Management, Estimating, or Production teams and participate in blueprint and specification review, surveying, estimating, scheduling, safety audits, material procurement, production tracking, and issue resolution. The role provides exposure to construction safety, water and wastewater processes, construction methods, and cost calculations, with mentorship, career-path planning, and potential full-time employment after graduation.
