Description
Pepper Construction Wisconsin is seeking current college students entering their Junior or Senior year to participate in a 12-week General Contractor training program from Memorial Day through Mid-August. The program pairs students with Project Managers or Superintendents and exposes them to construction project management, submittals, take-offs, budgeting, job-site and owner meetings, training, tours, and safety. Applicants should have strong communication and computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; housing is not offered and work visas are not sponsored.
