Description
The employer is hiring 20–30 Construction Laborers for a long-term project in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area starting 10/13. The role involves spotter duties, hazard monitoring, equipment and material guidance, traffic-control and barricade support, ladder and MEWP safety, and following site safety procedures. The position requires 40 hours per week, physical work in all weather, and the ability to lift more than 50 pounds; OSHA 10 is required for spotters or must be obtainable. Pay is $21–$23 per hour based on experience, with medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, paid vacations, and weekly pay.
