Description
The Construction Laborer supports renovation, repair, rehabilitation, and property-improvement projects through general construction labor and multi-trade assistance. Duties include demolition, debris removal, material handling, measuring, cutting, assembling, installation support, jobsite organization, and assisting carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC professionals. The role is full-time, paid $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, and requires local travel to construction sites in Baltimore City and surrounding areas. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least two years of hands-on construction, renovation, maintenance, or property-rehabilitation experience.
