Capstone Solutions is hiring a full-time Civil Construction Worker for the greater Portland area. The role involves preparing and clearing construction sites, assisting with tower-site structures, mixing and pouring concrete, loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, following civil-field safety measures, and performing other assigned duties. The position is entry-level, pays $20–$36 DOE, and requires construction experience, hand and power-tool use, a valid driver's license, background and drug-screening clearance, and a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
