Description
The Crawlspace Technician/Construction Laborer works with 1–2 crew members to remediate moisture problems and repair structural damage in crawl spaces and basements. Duties include light carpentry, plumbing, masonry, hauling materials, and tool inventory and maintenance. The role offers paid hands-on training, a base pay range of $16–$21 per hour plus a bonus program, employer-sponsored health insurance and other benefits, and full-time non-seasonal work. Candidates should have construction and repair experience, a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong customer and teamwork skills.
