The role provides safe and efficient traffic management and labor support at road construction worksites. Responsibilities include traffic control and flagging, setting up and removing work zones, reporting incidents and hazards, assisting with heavy equipment, and performing asphalt and aggregate handling, material removal, joint sealing, tank filling, and compaction. The position works outdoors near live traffic and requires teamwork, communication, safety awareness, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
