Description
The Construction Laborer performs strenuous manual labor on heavy construction projects, including site preparation, trenching, scaffolding, material handling, loading and unloading trucks, installing safety rails and traffic-control devices, assisting other craft workers, and removing debris. The role requires OSHA 10 knowledge, physical stamina, heavy lifting, outdoor work in adverse conditions, and the ability to follow safety and work instructions. It is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
