Randstad is hiring an experienced site worker in Dessel for a permanent client, with the opportunity to progress to machine operator, concrete pump operator, or drilling foreman. The role involves supporting a crew on construction sites throughout Belgium, working in teams of three to four colleagues, and occasionally staying overnight away from home. Applicants need technical insight, persistence, teamwork, outdoor work experience, flexibility for long days and early starts, Dutch language knowledge, and a Category B driver's license.
