Description
RES is hiring a Construction Laborer to work hands-on on active restoration projects across the region, including wetlands, streambanks, prairies, and stormwater facilities. The role involves site preparation, landscaping, planting, seeding, erosion and sediment control, invasive species removal, tool and equipment operation, traffic control, dewatering, and cleanup. The position requires outdoor work, physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, and travel of 2–4 nights per week, with per diem and hotel accommodation provided. Prior landscaping, construction, farming, or outdoor labor experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
