The role involves moving materials, assisting carpenters and skilled trades, operating hand and power tools, cleaning and grading jobsites, following safety procedures, and learning trades from experienced builders. The position requires reliable transportation, a Florida driver's license, the ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida heat, and a Florida Level 2 background screening; construction, landscaping, marine, or general labor experience is preferred.
