Ulliman Schutte is hiring an entry-level Construction Laborer for a construction project in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather, standing, walking, bending, and stooping for the duration of a shift, following instructions from foremen and superintendents, and working in a team. The position offers $20–$26 per hour, a 40-hour work week with possible overtime, and benefits including a 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. Candidates need reliable transportation, at least one year of construction laborer experience, knowledge of common construction-site safety practices, teamwork, and authorization to work in the United States; a high school diploma, construction-equipment experience, and bilingual Spanish/English ability are preferred.
