Whitaker Construction is hiring a full-time Construction Laborer to perform general labor on highway, utility, and environmental remediation projects. The role includes site preparation, material handling, trenching, earthwork, pipe installation, equipment signaling, cleanup, and coordination with other craft workers. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation, and be able to perform strenuous physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outside during varying weather conditions. Compensation is $18–$22, with health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental insurance, retirement matching, vacation, paid holidays, and other benefits.
