Lester Building Systems is hiring an experienced Construction Laborer in Rice Lake, Wisconsin to assist a Construction Foreman with planning and constructing post-frame buildings. The role works on a 3–4 member crew, follows safety procedures, supports crew training, and performs footings, framing, building accessories, and sheathing. Applicants need at least two years of carpentry experience or equivalent, hand-tool and power-tool knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally up to 75 pounds. The position pays $25.00 to $31.50 per hour and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, profit-sharing, and other benefits.
