Description
The Elder Construction laborer provides hands-on support to Superintendents, Carpenters, and other trades on commercial construction projects. The role moves and distributes materials and tools, maintains a clean and organized jobsite, operates hand and power tools and specialized equipment, and follows OSHA and company safety practices. A current United States driver’s license, basic construction knowledge, tool-operation knowledge, and reliable communication are required; commercial construction laborer experience is preferred. The position pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience and offers health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and profit-sharing benefits.
