LaRiviere Inc. is hiring full-time Construction Laborers in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington region. The role involves operating and maintaining construction equipment, loading and unloading materials, preparing and cleaning construction sites, assembling and disassembling scaffolding, moving earth, and assisting skilled trades. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma and valid driver's license, be physically capable of manual labor, and have general construction laborer experience. Compensation is $20.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience, with medical insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and employer-paid 401(k) contributions.
