Description
Bosa Construction is hiring a Construction Layout Surveyor to prepare and maintain survey sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions; verify survey data; calculate terrain characteristics; establish project control lines and elevations; coordinate with engineering, architecture, clients, and other project stakeholders; inspect layout equipment; and conduct as-built surveys. The role requires at least two years of construction experience as a Construction Layout Surveyor, experience with total stations and GPS systems, a valid Class 5 driver’s license or reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, with 100% health and dental coverage and other benefits.
