Description
The Construction Litigation Counsel will provide strategic legal support for complex prefabrication projects, focusing on dispute resolution, claims management, litigation oversight, risk mitigation, contract interpretation, and enforcement. The role partners with project management, procurement, commercial, engineering, and executive leadership teams to identify legal risks, manage disputes, advise on project execution issues, and support settlement and resolution activities. The position requires a J.D., an active U.S. law license, and 4–6 years of experience in construction litigation, claims, or complex commercial litigation involving construction projects.
