Description
IDB Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator responsible for managing complex construction loans, primarily commercial, partially residential, and land development. The role involves administering the loan portfolio, processing advances and reductions, tracking insurance, quoting payoff figures, applying interest payments, and coordinating site inspections. The administrator will also monitor construction progress, manage draw schedules and budget tracking, review inspection reports, approve draws, update financial records, prepare project status reports, and understand AIA construction documents.
