Description
The Construction Loan Processor administers construction loan disbursements, processes draw requests in the Built fund control system, reviews documentation and inspection reports, coordinates with borrowers, contractors, inspectors, and title companies, resolves discrepancies, prepares funding documentation, and maintains compliant loan files. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Built, and the ability to work with loan servicing systems and fund control platforms. It has no supervisory responsibilities and offers an annual bonus.
