Description
Microsoft is hiring a Construction Quality Manager to govern the quality management system, audit contractor performance, manage nonconformance reports and quality metrics, identify risks before commissioning or operations, and ensure data centers are delivered ready to perform. The role also manages site setup, logistics, material and equipment staging, access and traffic control, cross-functional coordination, schedule and resource tracking, safety, and multi-project campus logistics. A bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus 10+ years of related experience or equivalent experience is required; 12+ years of data center project experience is preferred. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $116,900-$203,600 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
