Compass Datacenter is hiring a Construction Logistics Planner in Dallas, Texas, to bring high-rise and heavy OFCI construction logistics expertise to its campus build model. The role reports to the SVP of Delivery and coordinates with development, design, finance, customer success, general contractors, and commissioning or operations teams. Responsibilities include front-end site logistics, campus sequencing oversight, prescriptive RFP logistics requirements, sequencing walk-throughs, base-build sequencing, and resequencing support. Candidates need logistics experience on high-rise or heavy OFCI/pre-fab modular programs, including concurrent vertical work and constrained urban job sites; construction experience is a bonus.
