Description
This job involves performing various skilled duties in building trades like painting, carpentry, and minor electrical work to maintain and repair buildings. Responsibilities include assisting with general maintenance, installation, repair, and construction tasks in basic building trades such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, carpet, and mechanics. The role also includes preparing and painting walls and woodwork, installing or repairing carpets, and performing custodial duties. Travel to different buildings is required.
