Description
ICF is hiring a full-time Construction QA/QC Specialist to support LA County’s federal disaster recovery grant programs by reviewing construction documentation, inspection reports, scopes of work, cost estimates, invoices, and milestone inspections; verifying compliance with building codes and environmental requirements; maintaining document control; coordinating with field staff; and supporting audits and field verification. The role is remote with possible occasional travel throughout Los Angeles County and requires an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 1–3 years of relevant experience, CDBG-DR or CDBG-MIT program experience, Xactimate proficiency, and knowledge of applicable California and Los Angeles County building codes. The pay range is $81,147.00 to $137,949.00.
