Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative (CMR) to provide on-site construction management support for the Rehabilitation and Stabilization of Eight Residences and Museum at Chapin Mesa. The role involves coordinating meetings, documenting progress, observing contractor work, verifying drawing updates, monitoring safety compliance, supporting documentation for contract changes, reviewing submittals and RFIs, inspecting materials, and organizing inspections.
