Description

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative to support a National Park Service project at Pinnacles National Park in California. The role focuses on quality assurance and construction oversight, including daily site observation, meetings, submittals/RFIs review, cost estimating, schedule monitoring, testing coordination, reporting, and closeout support for a construction project expected to run about eleven months if the contract is awarded.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or construction management certification; alternatively, 5 years of construction management experience
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of onsite quality control experience
Experience developing and reviewing estimates and schedules
Experience working with Government Project Managers or CORs on construction administration tasks
Preferred Qualifications: National Park Service project experience
Active professional registration or relevant certifications
OSHA 30-hour construction safety training
